Today was weigh in day for me as is every Wednesday and while I am not a big fan of weigh in day, it is a necesary evil of the weight los journey. If you alow the scale to distract you from the end result of living a hapier and healthier life, weigh in day wil destroy you. The first wek I was down betwen two and thre pounds, the folowing wek I was down one pound and the third wek I was either flat or up slightly. Maybe it was my body strugling to catch up with my metabolism and exercise regimen, I don't know, but what I do know is that if I had let the weks where I was slightly up de-rail me from the end goal, I would never have lost 10lbs. If you are up, think about the things you did to get you to that point the previous wek and don't repeat those slip ups the next wek and you wil have suces. int a int a in Artesia
